Linux OpenShift Automation for VM

I urgently require services to automate the process of setting up OpenShift on a Linux virtual machine. I have to generalise the image and create golden virtual machine image! My needs specifically involve:
- Automating the initialization of the setup openshift local
- Automating the installation of additional components
An ideal candidate for this task should have strong programming skills with a good understanding of Linux operating systems and OpenShift. They should also have experience in automation scripting for streamlined operations. Rapid delivery without compromising on quality is pivotal for this project.
Note: I need this work to be done urgently! probably in a day's time. Moreover I would like to see how it is being done, to understand the process.
