making a cdn for media folder magento in a subdomain and other server nginx

Hello, i have a magento store and the folder media is very big, i need move the media folder to other server and make a subdomain "media.tuspilas.es.
The cdn sever have 2000GB of disk space.
i need install nginx and configure for using for CDN ( cookies etc etc ) and make and configure cdn in my main server.
And configuring magento for using the cdn
