I will give a code which is batch training process in neural networks. in that code the value of alpha is predefined to be 0.1 or 0.001. I want the code to be modified or a new code written in matlab . I want a code where the value of alpha is mathematically calculated such that for each data set given it calculates the best value alpha for that data set
