Excel Spreadsheet for a bid log for a construction company

I need a kid log built for all 12 months tied into 1 cover page. Each day the estimating department will enter the name of the job, date, name of companies bid to, bid amount, date awarded which would need to tie into whatever month it was bid. For instance if a job is bid today and in 2 months it is awarded to us it they would go back to when it was bid and put in the dollar amount which on the cover page would be a March award. Area for notes as we follow up on the bid. Each month would need the total dollar amount bid and what the win rate is per month on the front page.
