I would like an Android application that features stories I have written about places in Sydney. At a minimum the app would consist of a map of Sydney with a series of clickable pin-points which bring up stories about that place. I would provide content for the pages for each site (pictures, text) but have no idea how the map aspect would work (are there open source maps?). The app would contain several HTML links to websites, particularly the work the app is designed to promote. Ideally I would like some method of users contributing their own stories which, when vetted, can be made viewable to other users of the app.
