iphone ebook app template

I want to publish several ebook on the AppStore, not in ePub format, but as Apps.

Therefore I need an iPhone / iPad app, with XCode sources, which I could use as an template for building other eBook apps.

Easy customization is a must.

Please take the functions and style of ebook apps like Sun Tzu - Art of War as guideline.

OK. Here some more details about the requirements:

1.) on opening the app for 3 seconds a full screen image is shown
2.) on top following options must be shown and sure functional
2a.) chapters -- to get back to the chapters view
2b.) font -- to select a font
2c.) font size -- to select font size
2d.) bookmark -- if user taps on bookmark, at next time opening the app, the bookmarked page is shown
2e.) dimm -- to change screen brightness. On closing the app the default brightness MUST be set again (otherwise it wont be approved by apple)
3.) the chapters view shows all chpaters of the book. selecting an chapter the app switches, i.e. shows this chapter.
3a.) the chapter view has on small info button -- that opens the about view
4.) the apps must handle flip screen

As said, the app has to contain same funczionalities as ebooks like "sun tzu - the art of war" and/or functionalities given in the iBook app(but unlike the iBook app, only for one book, not a book collection)

I see following views:
-- opening view (just displaying an full size image)
-- info view (to show some infos about me and the book)
-- chapters view (to select a specific chapter)
-- the "main" view for reading

I do code XCode myself.
You should see at first look, that this is not an too complicated project, that my be done within half a day, by a experienced coder.
