Make an android app to make hidden calls

It's a very simple app, so max budget is $30. Lower bid will be awarded.

I'll like to develop a secret caller id app, so that the called person do not know the caller number.

There are 2 tabs on the app, dialer tab (to call people), and call history so all the calls within the app are stored there, it's possible to recall from call history or delete calls.

There are google ads on the app.

And the calls made within the app are not visible outside it, the calls will not be found on the android history call.

Clicking on the contact icon will open the contacts and take the number from there.

Follow UI provided, UI icons will be given if needed.
