Need android app for paying guest management, The will have basic functionalities such as user login, adding new tenant, removing tenant, taking record of dues/charges and payments. The app will consume REST services for all activities, these services will further connect to Oracle database. Developer is supposed to make android app using Java in Android SDK, and webservices in Eclipse using Java, Spring and Hibernate MVC framework and oracle database. Detailed document will be shared with the developer.
