I'm looking for an expert in video chat and text chat apps to help me to change in my existing random video chat app created with kotlin and java and using firbase , I need to add this pages and some features like in the SCRENSHOT in Attachement exactelly and follow this instructions .

1 - First of all add a text chat with emojis to my actual video chat .You add the PAGE 4 (see screenshot) ( small logo + small text + nickname + gender + list of countries with flag and link to privacypolicy ) .

2 - You add the PAGE 5 ( admob banner 300*250 and small text for exemple of rules and a green button START CHAT ) When someone click on the green button START NOW it should display the interstital ad for only one time after that ! the SEARCHING START and here we can see the PAGE 6 (LOADING PAGE - SEARCHING random strangers ) the PAGE 6 contains an AD image that when the client clicks on it rederects him to a specfic URL of my choice to mobile browser (see screenshot)

3 - Add the text chat with emojis and block user and nickname of the connected stranger to the PAGE 7 When the user end the video call or can't find any strangers online he should come back to the PAGE 5 .

4 - IMPORTANT : When an user close my application , please to leave it open in the background of the mobile RUNNING ! I want that the user who starts searching people online can find ALSO users that have already my app installed allthough they have close it ! they can receve a notification to receve a video calling if you don't understund this point tell me .
