Sleep Apnea Patient and Physician App System

I need an App and web portal designed to run a device to treat sleep apnea. The app would be designed for the patient and will compile information about sleep from several sensors to provide sleep scores and reports, and provide patient control of a device. A companion web portal will also be designed that will communicate the data from the sensors to a treating physician, and allow the physician to dictate control parameters for the device (such as a range of treatment intensity). The physician will also be able to generate a report for signature designed to be submitted to an agency indicating compliance and efficacy of the treatment. We have generated some designs for the app. Because the system will involve patient information, it will need to be compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory controls.
