OSCommerce: Update to Simple Template System v.4

We currently have Simple Template System v.2 installed on our modded system. We will need to have the Freelancer perform the following tasks:
1) uninstall the older version of Simple Template System
2) update all files for Simple Template System v. 4 while making sure to not disable any other contributions that are present on our system.
3) Reinstall all templates from our older version of Simple Template System
The freelancer who is awarded this project will likely receive additional work from us in updating the design of our site to Web 2.0 with JQuery and CSS.
