awstats on Windows 2003 22gigs of logs

We just moved to a new server. We are running windows 2003 with IIS.

There are about 5 sites on this server all logs are in a central log folder seperated by site. There are 22gigs worth of logs but we want to make sure we presurve the old data from the old server so we dont lose any historical statistics.

We are looking for awstats to be installed and all historical data migrated to new server with all sites processings logs every hour.
