AntiPiracy Software for File Sharing Website

Throw some ideas to create anti-piracy software for a file hosting and storage service like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc... The software must run on server that's hosting files. Checking uploaded content for traces of illegal content and deleting it from the servers reporting to the authorities and banning users that uploaded illegal content. Invention Ideas will be highly awarded. Script/Code/Idea must not be plagiarized. The idea must be unique. The more effective the software will be the more money will be awarded. Accuracy of 97% and only four false-positives per million accepted. One the things to look into is broken archive files with passwords and content named differently from what it is. Content includes: software, music, films, books, games, photos, copyrighted materials, trademarks and other author/owner content, etc. Illegal content to be detected: counterfeit and illegal software, cracks to programs and games, screened movies or illegal copies, pornography and sensitive material, online grooming, hate speech, gambling or money laundering schemes etc...
