Convert a PHP proxy script to ASP code for IIS/6 and IIS/7

We need to convert an existing PHP proxy script to a native ASP script which works on both IIS/6 and IIS/7.

(Current) proxy script does more or less the following:

1. A visitor (his browser) visits a webpage, for example: [login to view URL] (note: [login to view URL] is not visible)

1.a. If there is a cached version of the requested URL (/page1/page2/[login to view URL]), go to (6). Else go to (2).

2. The proxy script collects the necessary data form the browser and the client (cookies, user agent, HTTP-headers, parameters, request uri, etc).

3. All this information (plus some other data, which is defined in the proxy configuration) is sent to a server URL (defined in the proxy configuration) with a POST-request.

4. The server generates HTML code (or binary data) and sends it's back to the proxy client.

5. The returned code is cached locally on the machine where the proxy client is running. And when the same URL is requested (with the same cookies, post, get parameters) the cached version is return, if not expired.

6. The proxy script sends all (cached)data back to the visitor (browser).

The communication goes as follows:

[1] ==> [2] ==> [3] ==> [2] ==> [1]

At [3] we process all the data from [1] and [2] and generate the right HTML (css, images, etc) to return it back.
