Custom Auction Software: Hello everyone. I’m interested in a custom build of phpauction 2.1 NB GPL. Available at: [url removed, login to view] The end product would be used on my two auction web sites. I liked this particular version of phpauction because it is stable, secure, and easy to configure. It’s almost perfect the way it is. For this project, I would like to take the existing code base, and add several small features to it. Here’s what I need: 1. Buy it now feature where the first bidder has the option to pay the buyitnow price, and end the auction. 2. Single Login The existing program requires a user to re-login for each function that they wish to use. I need a cookie based single login that will cover anything that should be password protected. 3. Paypal gate: The existing program automatically posts all auctions. I need all new auctions to be paid for via Paypal before they can be posted to the live site. Rates will be a flat fee, based on fields in the database. Desired Flat Fees: Auction listing fee featured auction fee 4. Thumbnail generation based on uploaded images. When an image is uploaded, a thumbnail will be automatically created and displayed along side the auction in search results and category listings. 5. Featured Auctions: Featured auctions should be shown on the front page of the web site, with their titles and thumbnail images. They will also appear at the top of their categories. Software will need to come with complete installation instructions, and initial setup on both sites. Thank you for taking the time to bid on my project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
