gethuman phone testing and database editing

I need someone to call each of the ~400 US companies listed on my free [url removed, login to view] website, verify the toll-free phone number and code worked, and to record how long it took you to get to a human. I also need you to edit any records to have them comply with [url removed, login to view] - this will include changing some record status from "ok" to "loc" as per the guidelines. The master database (using QuickBase) can be seen here: [url removed, login to view] Should we choose to work together on this project, I can give you edit permissions for the QuickBase. We will find a way to allow you to make these phone calls at no cost to you. Please include in your bid your recommendation for how we should do this for you. I've read that skype allows free calling of toll-free numbers, please let me know if you can get this to work. For this project, I will only accept and respond to bids from rated coders.
