I want to develop a web page for a holiday rental property. It will be? mainly for people to view the site, check an existing calendar for availability of bookings, and send an email for booking purposes. The site will be composed of pictures, words and links to other sites. At this time I do not envisage that it will need to be more than one page.
At this? time I am not sure if I want to take funds over the internet, however when designing this website please allow for the possibility of linking to a secure website (eg.? bank) to allow deposits and/or credit cards to be processed.?
Currently this is displayed on a couple of holiday web sites [[login to view URL]][1]
If you have any other suggerstions to improve this site please help/
Also methods to maximise the search on the web of this site.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

WWW, suggest something other than MS word as I am having trouble showing pictures on web site using this. I have a copy of MS Frontpage, though this is not the required web developing program.
