Flash, Changes to existing flash website

I have a construction/remodel flash website template that needs changed/customized. I purchased the template and have all source files. There are approximately 6 pages including the main page that would need changed. Each page has some modifications. Each page would need my logo added, and mostly text changed. Some pages will have pictures deleted and some have pictures added. Each page has a screen shot of the page with the changes marked. All content for the changes will be provided including text and pictures. Some graphic work may be required to make my logo look correct in the alotted space of the template header.
I do need a sugestion or two on how to finalize a couple parts of the site.
A service page may either be an extended page or might need to be an html page or maybe just make more pages for services (the suggestion part of the site)
If each service becomes it's own page then the total number of pages that would need modified would double to 12. Again, just basic text and picture modifications.
I would also like to add a form page that allows the user to request a quote from me.
And I would like to change one of the main buttons to a gallery of pictures from ecent projects.

For example, services offered: kitchen remodel, basements, decks etc.
For each service I want to have some basic text and add some pictures that represnt that type of work.
