make my home page fancier

hello-

i have a homepage i would like to re-design. our website has members pictures, so maybe feature them on the web with some fancy hover over also ?

i do not want the design too fancy or too flashy, but enough that it grabs attention.

please only bid if you have ideas. and send me a screenshot and what functionalities you will include.

do not bid if you do not send screenshot. this is the only way i would know if i like your design idea.

when i take your bid, you jjust work on the home page.

please note again, you leave the navigation tabs on the top alone. you just design the body.

also note, this is more of a design and not scripting. so you dont need to script so much in this project!

last thing, when you give me a sample design for this homepage follow the color scheme, and the over all look and feel. i do not want to design a brand new home page. i just need it to have more attention. follow the rounded corners and such.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
