568016 Online drag and drop design tool - Elgg module

What we are looking for among other things is creating and integrating a drag and drop design tool in Elgg. An example is here:

Click on try for free, then choose scenery. then you can drag and drop image assets and then save design to user profile. The design can then be shared with other members.

We are looking for something similar although for a different business.

also we'd prefer to use HTML5 for use on Mobile devices instead of Flash if possible.
