Drupal OpenLayers or Leaftlet Map

I need someone who has a very good/expert understanding of Drupal and of either OpenLayers or Leaflet module. This project doesn't require a lot of work, but is more than I am willing to take on. You will need to create a map in Drupal using either OpenLayers or Leaftlet. The map will be for a real estate agency. It must do all of the following: 1) display markers for listings 2) have a proximity filter so that someone can enter their address and have the map filter and center on results within a 5-10 mile radius of their address, 3) have a filter for price, ideally a slider filter, 4) a range filter for number of bedrooms 5) a range filter for number of bathrooms, 6) various other filters for options that the property would come with (i.e. garage parking, washer/dryer in unit, etc.), 7) the map must be able to produce polygon layers ideally through MapBox.
If you are able to do this please let me know. I don't need any design work or anything like that, just the backend. Please include any past work you have done that would be similar to what I have described.
The budget for this is $300, please do not submit any bids higher than that.
