We are looking to have this mock up made into a a clear html page template. We also need so changes to is that are listed below.
Project specs

1. Make all images and menu items, 2 small flash ads ( see bottom right and left side) Logo is done and will be provided. Right now there is just a sliced up psd images and we need all the graphics to be clear.
2. Make changes to template until client is happy with the result. They are very easy to work with so if you do good work and do it fast it will be an easy project. Here is the changes to the rough mock up that they have requested.

ok, like I said before the layout is exactly as I envisioned it. However, the colors are not. Its a little too soft with all of the peach. I want it to be a little sharper.

We need all images files in both jpg or gif and we need the source files in psd so we cna make changes at a later date.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
