We are looking to purchase this extension:

However we was hoping that someone could create a similar extension for our opencart store. Some background information, we have a request a quote form on our opencart store where customers fill in their info etc and we receive the email, after which we create a custom quote for that particular customer for a product.
Now the product is not to exist in the catalogue as it is a custom product with a custom price, therefore we require a module that allows us to create quotes and assign the quotes with an expiration date to the particular user where they can accept or decline the quote through the 'my account' area, making sure that each time there is a unique quote reference number. Of course that would require the user to have a registered account with us. Also when accepting the quote it should go through the checkout as normal.
We would like to have a 'My Quotes' area much like the order history in the account area so that users can view their quotes. Also the request a quote form currently doesn't require registration beforehand however, changing that would be more desirable.
