Custom Coupon Code Extension for Magento

Hi,

I have a website built in magento that buys electronics from people. I need a coupon code module developed for the site. NORMAL coupon codes work by discounting from the total price, so if you enter a coupon code for a $100 item you can get 10% off which is $100 - $10 = $90.

For the coupon code module I need it works in REVERSE, if you have a $100 item with 10% coupon, it adds $10, to make the total $110, not $90.

The requirements:

1. Reverse coupon code module with percent/dollar additions with other standard coupon features.

2. Must NOT change ANY core magento files.

3. Must be coded very clean and secure so no security exploits.

Looking for people who are familiar with magento only.

TIMEFRAME: 1 Week or Less

Must have all standard features like a regular coupon code extension such as tracking how many times the code is entered or used, etc.

Must NOT change ANY core magento files, therefore I can upgarde my magento install without problems.
