flash + dhtml

I need help with a project that uses a flash as a backgrund (the flash needs to be created)

In the psd called [url removed, login to view] there is the objects that should have animation on it.

## Deliverables

Here is what I want

1. man with green eye: normal mode is open. eye close now and then random animation.

2, gold statue : the glasses are black, then fades in to green slowly., back and forth fade in and out

3, lobsters in hummer: car going back and forth slowly, the upper lobster claw waving. Look ath the claws in psd it got start and end position of wawing, same with the hummer(car)

4 monkey at onmouse over, the monkey comes out to the end position as in the psd

5: giraffe, popsup from the jewel pile, random, also if it could move up different lenght also that on different occasions and different heights. stays up about 3 seconds before going down.

6, TV use the same as the [url removed, login to view], only the upper tv, the effect of fading in and out

the second psd is the content, there you see the menu and the content area, The content area have a scroll bar in the middle, I want to content area one with scrollbar in middle and one with scrollbar at the right, the one that has scrollbar to the right don't have any images. Look at <[url removed, login to view]> how the scrollbar look with the images.
