Flash .flv Player and JavaScript

We need a basic, yet high-quality Flash flv player developed for playing Flash video on web pages.

The player must support transparent backgrounds (alpha channel) videos.

The player needs to be small in size so it loads quickly.

We also need a JavaScript function that can be called to play/replay the video in case the user wants to play the video when a user clicks on a hyperlink, etc.

This Flash FLV Player, Source Code and JavaScript will be owned exclusively by us (the buyer) and must not be used within any other project.

**We realize there are many tutorials and source code available online for creating .flv players but we are looking for a developer that is already proficient with Flash and can perform the work rapidly with high quality.

We have many other Flash components like this we will want created as part of separate projects as well as at least one Adobe Air application.

In addition, we have designers that can provide designs for elements such as video player control buttons if needed.

We would also like to know your skill level with JavaScript and DHTML.
