Post-and-Edit a Note in Javascript and PHP

Deliver this simple Note create-and-edit prototype in Javascript and PHP as per specifications attached.

There is no database involved - note "saving" in this app is just writing out to a Webpage.

Page controls tableless, CSS controls in a separate file, Javascript in separate files.

If a Javascript framework is used, it must be Jquery.

Must work same in all major browsers - IE6, IE7, FF, Safari, Opera, Chrome

Use Ajax wherever necessary to eliminate full-page refresh.

We will provide the necessary Giffs shown in the spec.

On the PHP side, Codeigniter experience preferred.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4). Coder (Seller) further agrees that all designs, specifications, and code uploaded and shared by buyer during this project are buyer's proprietary and confidential information. Coder agrees not to disclose this information to any third party without buyer's written permission, and not to use this information for any purpose except the delivery of this project.

5) Coder (Seller) hereby acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any breach by Seller of this Confidentiality Agreement specified in Item 4) , including, without limitation, the actual or threatened disclosure of Information without the prior express written consent of the Byer, Buyer will suffer an irreparable injury, such that no remedy at law will afford it adequate protection against, or appropriate compensation for, such injury. Accordingly, Seller hereby agrees that Buyer shall be entitled to such further relief as may be granted by a court of competent jurisdiction.
