Script for form field

Hi,

I need a form field that returns the messages (company name Available or Unavailable) for that the script needs search the company house database. When Unavailable it should clear the form field [login to view URL] should work more or less like the link below:

[login to view URL]

Company house have a URI service:

[login to view URL]

This form field will be used in amember pro software if anyone knows how to make the script and integrate it in amember pro it would be great.
