URGENT - copy PHP website from one server to another

NEED THIS DOING RIGHT NOW AND QUICKLY!

We have a website www media-promotions com / photo/?act=login

It is not working on our server and we don't know why but it is something to do with the htaccess file that it calls up. Something to do with mod rewrite.

I need to fix this and copy a similar site onto this server from another server (where it is working fine)
