Bugfix after update, create custom user list mainly php work

Here are some small jobs to do (we are using granty, chronoforms (a formbuilder), openlayers (a kind of javascript, to display a map) and joomla). Please read carefully. Do not bid when you are not able to solve all tasks and start immediately. I tryed to explain each task so good as possible:

The main task will be to fix our website. After a joomla and chronoform update some parts are not working anymore or are simply missing. We have a detailed description with screenprints to explain.

After the website is working again, we want some extras:

1. when user click on top menu, the website should scoll to the text / content (now we have a big picture between the top menu and the text/content)

2. Do some custom lists:

- Hall of fame (do a list showing the top 100 users from our website using our service (most played games or won games)),

- Highscore (do a list showing top 100 users / games with highscores)

- Most played (do a fancy list showing the top 100 most played games from our website). Make sure that the list is dynamic, means if we dont have "100" entrys, it will be displayed whats in database. The list should work "up to" 100 users and must be browsable to avoid big serverload. All data are saved already in database.

2a. After login, there is "Hello Steve (Username)". Maybe its a nice idea to tell him his rank in top 100. Only for user type players.

3. Insert top 10 social media graphics with links to them. We will talk about that later in detail, what will make sence.

4. We want our map associated with the country. Means when a user clicks on flag USA, we want the map open and showing the USA. Easy to do with LAT/LON in Code (via openlayers). A bit tricky: joomla should ask also "Do you want to change the also language to XXXX"?. Then the user gets the language associated with the country. Otherwise he gets his "old" language but new country.

5. Map - open layers > make sure the max. outzoom of map will stop when our desigbox is still full filled. We dont want white spaces. simple to do by number in code (via openlayers).
