Magento Inventory Import & Fix Cronjobs (2 jobs)

I run two Magento websites:

a) CE 1.7.02, hosted on AWS-EC2

b) CE 1.8, hosted on Hostgator dedicated server

I have two separate projects for same person:

1. Automate Inventory updates from website A to website B (backend to backend)

Website A will generate a .csv file hourly (4 fields) and post it to folder on server.

Website B will use MAGMI (already installed) to import and update the inventory.

** The JOB is to automate the Magmi import to get the file from website A and update website B, and run appropriate reindexers, etc. This should run every 30 minutes automatically.

2. Fix CRONJOBS in website B that are not working properly.

* I can't figure out the problem. Some of the cron jobs are running properly, but others are not.

a) Order Export to warehouses - I'm using extension from Xtento. Need to get this automated.

b) Tracking number Import - I'm using extension from Xtento. Need to get this automated.
