I need a small task on simple php database

I have a client database. It is a simple database where we keep our clients infromation..
Sometimes we have clients that are not clients anymore. So I need a button in the client form where we can remove that client from the client's list to aa "old client list" which also has to be created.
There are 2 things to the task:
1- Create a new list for "old clients"
2- create a button in the actual form so clients can be removed and send to the " old client list"
