98844 Progress Meter Integration

We need a supplied Progress Meter script integrated with our PHP Upload Script

The aim is for when a person uploads it will display statistics on one line, until upload is finished.

You can currently see this working on our website. (Displayed on Attached Text File)

The Progress Meter that we would like integrated is also displayed via Attached Text File)

This uses Perl-ajax to function.

There are currently two methods that we use to transfer files, one is via single mode the other is via Multi Upload, meaning multiple files, we would like the progress meter integrated with both methods.

Sometimes the file transferring goes to different servers via admin, so the progress meter will need to be coded to display for remote transfer, but you will see an example on our current script of how it works and you can use the same principle. The file goes directly to the remote server without being uploaded to Master server.

In Administration we currently give option to switch between different Upload types,

i.e Pure Php progress Meter, Animated non Programmed Progress and we will also need you to add the Progress Meter you

develop to this form.

Please state via pmb if you've had experience with Progress Meters and with Perl-Ajax.

To sum this up tasks will be

1) Integrate Progress meter into our Script

2) Supporting Single, Multi-Mode and Remote Uploads

3) Adding the New progress meter to admin Form, to allow for switching

4) Test, Testing, Testing

Lots more work possible if done right.
