144957 Uploading and Membership Scrip

Hi,

I would like a clone of [url removed, login to view] but with a few differences.

Basically, there is a membership area where registered users can upload their free wordpress themes. It is then uploaded and a page is created on the server "[url removed, login to view]". Also there is a testrun page, and it takes a screenshot of the test run and puts it as the little thumbnail on the theme page (look at the site and you will see what I mean)

It then adds it to the homepage as the latest theme (with the little thumbnail)

I don't mind what programming language this is all written in, although I would prefer PHP (preference will be given to those who can do most of it in PHP)

There will be a rating system where they can pick a rating out of 5 using little stars.

There will be a commenting system where people can comment on the themes.

There will also be a report button, where people can report ripped themes, unworking themes etc. This will send an email to my email account.

There will be an admin backend, where I can:

- View all registered members

- View their info

- Manually add members

- Delete members

- See all the themes each member has uploaded

- Be able to turn on and off registration

- Be able to turn on and off comments

- Be able to turn on and off ratings

- Be able to turn on and off the "nofollow" tag on comments

- Ban IP addresses and IP ranges

- Be able to manually edit and delete comments and ratings

- Be able to turn on and off registration

- Be able to turn on registration, but they have to be manually approved before they are activated.

- Can turn on and off google ads

- View partner links, the paypal address and when the links expire. When the links get a week from expiry, it needs to send an email to them (I'll give you the email to send) to notify them to repay.

- Ability to turn on and off purchasing of partner links, ability to set the price. Also ability to manually add partner links.

This will all need to be very secure (so no-one can hack/inject/take-over the site). I don't mind paying extra to make sure EVERYTHING is secured.

I would prefer all passwords be encrypted so if the database is stolen the passwords are irretrievable.

I am a designer so I can design all the buttons, stars etc. that you need.

Also the script will need to be integrated into the site design.

The usually yada yada with the registration, they pick a username, password, author name, author url, email ... then an email is sent to the email with an activation link OR an email saying "your account will be reviewed soon, you will receive an email with a confirmation in the next couple of days" depending on whether accounts are being manually approved or not. When their account is activated, they get a page "[url removed, login to view]" where all their themes are.

Also their will be a search, where people can search for either themes or authors. They can also tick a list of attributes (I'll give you the list) and then the themes with those attributes are displayed.

There will be google ads (if enabled). I'll show you where to put them. They need to be able to be changed (such as [url removed, login to view]) or something so we can change the colours, sizes, ad formats if need be.

Um... I can't really think of anything else. Quote me on this and I'll pay you extra for other stuff you add in.
