Auction/Classified Ads Website UI

Hi I would require an Auctions/Classified Ads website? duplicating the one shown in the link- <[url removed, login to view]>

Below are the requirements:

1. There is no need for any login or register forms or search box. (All at later stage)

2. Leave an empty colored space for the ads (I will add in the ad codes myself at a later stage)

3. For the Page Tabs (Please add in two first - 1. Listing 2. Forum). Please also add in the dropdown box capability. You can just copy the dropdown list from the website.

4. Leave the forum page as empty first.

5. Please duplicate the section under "I'm looking for deals and offers in...". You can put a blank page for the links.

6. Leave the section below pt 5 as an empty colored space.

7. For the two boxes below pt 6 ("Check out the featured classified..." & "Randomly selected classified...") , I will need this to be an ajax box that will? pull data from a MS SQL? database. The layout can be the same and the test database can be populated with dummy data. I need the form to load 20? ? rows of data (as a start). The boxes will show the? first? 10 rows of the data tables? with the next 10 cached for quick retrieval.

8. At the bottom of the Ajax boxes, I will need? page button lists to access the next 10 rows. (something like 1 , 2, 3, 4...Last Page)? ?

9. Finally there is no need for the google search bar or the payment options.
