Integrate Paypal IPN with our 12All email application

I'm looking for a coder that is very familiar with Paypal IPN integration to enable our purchased web application 12All from [url removed, login to view] which is hosted on our own hosting account.

We need the typical payment functions and automatic account creation after users sign up for recurring Paypal subscriptions.

Users should be able to sign up for a Free 30 day trial and have access to limited use of the web application and then automatically upgrade their account after the 30 day trial and then have more use of more features in the app.

Also, if a user cancels their Paypal subscription then their 12all accounts should be disabled, etc.
