Need to interface with the PayPal for the payment

I have a website which is developed in PHP/MYSQL database? . I need to change the payment method. Right now I am processing the credit cards by using the credit card machine but now I want all payment to be processed at the PayPal site. I don’t need the payment page anymore so those pages can be removed.
I also want to add a coupon code so that when users apply the coupon code then the amount should be detected from the total amount. The coupon code can either be 10% off or? 20% off etc. I am also using the SSL links on my web site for the secure payment but they can be commented out as well. I just need to capture customer’s email address so that I can save it into the database and send users promotion email time to time. Please let me know your best price so that I can move on with this change.?
