The job consist to improve an existing nsis installer file

## Deliverables

The job consist to make update an nsis script with the following tasks:

- improve ui using the modern ui, [url removed, login to view]

- when installing you will have to modify the file nsi/[url removed, login to view] in this fashion:

- replace the string @POKME_DATADIR@ by the path of install + data, so as example it could be "c:\\Program Files\pokme\data"

- rename the final file to [url removed, login to view]

- add a picture as splashscreen in the installer (package/[url removed, login to view])

- add a step in the installer to do the following step:

- download the [url removed, login to view] from an url (make it possible to configure it like for the [url removed, login to view] url)

- install silently this [url removed, login to view], read this page to get the differents option of silent [url removed, login to view]

Add comment in the nsi in order i test different silent option

The uninstaller must not remove the installed vcredist package

- The nsi script must work on windows 2000 and above.

I added the [url removed, login to view] in the package directory in order you can test with the executable. There is another version on the [url removed, login to view] for download test.
