Project Overview:
1. Analyze the technical feasibility, cost and complications of developing online customized printing utilities.
2. Determine what technologies and approaches meet long term needs
3. Prepare working demonstration models of customization tools in order to allow user experience and administrative functionality to be analyzed and defined
4. Develop a strategy for full development of online customization tools (stages and steps etc)
5. Create the documents necessary for a RAC bid request to complete the development (scope statement, technical descriptions, requirements, approximate budget, development time and time line).

In additiona, story boards have been created to provide an illustration of? what is required.? There are five excel files (each with multiple tabs or pages) that illustrate? a simulated web site.? These files are explained within the introductory document named above.
A video that illustrates how the printed materials are used is also attached.

The objective of this project is to? analyze how best to proceed with online customized printing services in terms of? technology, strategy, timing and cost.? This project will lead to bidding for development of the customization tools.
This project requires business analysis skills.? It is not just a technical analysis.? The? proposed solution must? make sense from an operational perspective and not just be technical feasible.? ? Business related experience of bidders will therefore be an important part of the bid evaluation process.
We are in a hurry.? It is hoped that? something can be operational for the upcoming Xmas marketing season.
