Web Application which automatically connects users based on specified criteria

I need an application in which three different types of users login to the sytem:

1. investors

2. buyers

3. sellers

1. Investors create an account can post homes and also criteria about homes they would like to buy

2. Buyers create an account and post criteria on homes they wish to? buy

3. Sellers create an account and post homes they are selling.

The application should automaticlaly connect / link sellers, buyers, and investors if their criteria match.

\*\*Update\*\*

There should be a admin account to manage the system

All three users should be able to perform searches from a search form containing fields such as: price range, city, bedrooms, bathrooms, "within x miles from city"
