## Deliverables
I am building a courier delivery service web site and need help constructing the rate estimator.
The database will be used for a delivery service and will contain information for the state of New York. New York has 5 boroughs and each borough has multiple zip codes. In addition, each borough is broken down into zones, each of which will require different prices. All of the zip codes, zones and prices will be supplied.
I need an ASP.NET page in VB that will include dropdown lists, radio buttons and checkboxes. The customer will select a starting point and an ending point as well as additional options. The price will be calculated based on the starting and ending points, as well as the additional options selected. The dropdowns will load boroughs from the database on page load. Once the user selects a borough, the other dropdown will populate with zip codes from the select borough. The user will also select options from radio buttons and checkboxes that will interact with the database to display the calculated price.
I would like this done without page refreshing.
