Graphs Software

I urgently need software that creates graphs from my existing data. I specifically need the following;

1. software to create all types of graphs and pie charts in 3D and there should be a panel to change colour fonts

2. language used should be PHP and Silverlight

3. the graphs to be both dynamic and interactive

4. the graphs to get data from MySql database

5. the graphs must be able to integrate into my online system and must be able to load very fast once thousands of my clients want to access them over the webaccess
