I own www.RememberPills.com. While I haven't 'launched' it yet, I do have a fully functional and automated website that will send users/members automatic email and text reminders that it's 'time to take your pills', or any other 40-character message of their choosing. Currently the site has a daily, weekly & monthly choice for setting email & text alerts. The only change that I want made is to the MONTHLY alerts. All that I want done is to change the page to include a drop-down box of the individual month(s) See below...

Currently the site has a daily, weekly & monthly choice for setting email & text alerts. The only change that I want made is to the MONTHLY alerts. All that I want done is to change the page to include a drop-down box of the individual month(s) (which it does not have right now)

The site runs of the times/dates set in the tables (daily, weekly, monthly) and delivers email(s) to the respective email addresses or email/text messages through a 'cron job' set up on the server. So I would need the cron job to be 'altered' to include the month (actual month) to issue or send alerts. In other words, I need users to be able to set October 21st, at 3pm as a specific alert time/date. Currently, I could send myself an alert EVERY month on the 21st., but I want to have the site send only an alert on October 21st. Or June 13th, May 5th, etc... So the drop-down box needs to be added to the PHP of the monthly alert page. See pic at [url removed, login to view]

Then the additional column or table needs to be added in the DB, the cron job altered to reflect and note the month & date/time.

here's the deliverables as I see them.

1. Add drop down box of months to 'monthly' schedule page (Leave existing every month alert functionality intact.)

2. Mod code to include individual month alert

3. Add months to monthly table in DB

4. Adjust cron job to execute with individual month.
