Simple php script to generate random image galleries

I need a simple php script which will generate random image galleries. Images and thumbnails will be pre-uploaded to server by user in following directory format:
/CategoryName/gallery1/[login to view URL]
/[login to view URL]
/[login to view URL]
/[login to view URL]
.
.
.
/gallery2/
/gallery3/
.
.
.
Each gallery subfolder will contain a template file with html code to generate final html gallery files.
Template file will contain identifiers which need to be replaced by actual filenames of images and thumbnails.

Script will replace identifiers with image and thumbnail filenames and generate final html gallery file:
Here is what the PHP script needs to do:
1, Read the variable "CategoryName" submitted by user so the script will be able to work in correct folder
2, Read all the subfolders and store their names (gallery1,gallery2,gallery3 ... etc.)
3, Go to the first subfolder ( for example /gallery1 ) and get the amount of total images uploaded there
4, Read template file from the first subfolder ( for example /gallery1/[login to view URL] )
5, Choose 15 RANDOM images and corresponding thumbnails from the first subfolder
6, Sort 15 chosen image names from smallest to highest.
7, Replace identifiers in template file with chosen random images and thumbnails and generate 10 html gallery files (located in the same subfolder)
8, Move to next subfolders and in each subfolders do steps 4,5,6,7 again.
