Changing layout of magento product page into magento highly customized installation

I want a modification of my site product layout, as shown in attached files.
I need to place product tabs (info & care, delivery and returns) bellow all product data as attached file.
Then, we need no blank space bellow product photos.
No extra modification in anything else.
BUT our installation is highly customized one, then keep that in mind when you bid (you probably will have more work than a normal installation).
