The project is a website where people create interactive ecards using predefined templates.
As a user I login to the site, then select a template -, the template shows a picture and asks me to upload my picture enter some info like text to show at the beginning, text at the end, message, a background, then I hit save, see a preview, then I say Publish it, and I get a url as [url removed, login to view]
The user can share the link by email, tweet, facebook, other types of social networks (there are code on internet in php that already does this). Also, there is an option for embedded code that gives the user some code to put in his site to show the card in his site - the same way you do it with a youtube video when you embed the video on your site. The user can put the card in his site or in facebook.
