I want to expand and I want partners. Right now its just me. I would eventually have to get down to the legalities. I am bent on growing this business and it will grow even if time consuming at times. I don't want to say this is an opportunity of a life time but I do want to say I am dead serious about one thing... making money. And I will. I only want to work with Americans due to language barriers and time scheduling. Living in NY is a huge plus. Living in CNY even better. Ongoing work. I will start off the winner with one site. We can work on it together or you can go solo, and we will work on a price from there. If we can get along well, I want to move forward contractually.
My main objectives are to grow the exposure to the website and its facebook counterpart. Eventually I want to have roughly ten or so partners to work with, making each partner own a fair share of the business.
I would want to create a fair way of sharing and distributing the work load. Some projects could be solo, others combined. Jobs can be split or divided up. I also want to turn [url removed, login to view] into a blog users can return to and split the ad revenue with partners as well. I am looking for dedicated partners to work with and earn an even share of everything. I don't care if you do custom work or are a template jockey or a little bit of both as long as you are professional and your finished work looks clean and nice.
I'll have work soon. Unsure of the projects at this moment but they are usually wordpress related. Show me some of your works. Lets get going.
