Need advanced landing page built

Looking for a WordPress design/template/plugin for landing page sites. The template will only contain a single page landing page with impressive design and a dynamic multi-part form which should be connected to internal databases. The form should be able to pick up City and State by recognizing the US Zip Code entered on the initial first page and then second part of the form will take the remaining information of the customer. The form will require HTTP/XML posting feature at the back end meaning it should be able to post the collected data to an external database using either HTTP Post/Get or XML Post methods.

The design has to be completely dynamic including the form so it can be modified for a number of different products or trades by changing the look of it and form fields and where to post the data externally.

The design has to be integrated with a 3rd party Affiliate tracking system (Provided By Us) which is also built on WordPress platform but will require some adjustments and alterations to make it work the way we want it to. We should be able to track Affiliates by tracking URL's and cookies and also be able to track where the lead came from and who was the affiliate so they can get paid accordingly. The system we have in hand will do all that but will require modifications as stated above.

-Design: Clean, Corporate, Catchy, Dynamic, Editable to every inch, Multi-Site compatible for WordPress to host multiple url's/landing pages under single WordPress installation.

-Pages: Main Home Page which will be the landing page. Additional Popup Pages: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Resources and Unsubscribe

--Unsubscribe Link: This will be integrated with our mailing list to unsubscribe any consumers who do not wish to receive emails from us any longer. API for this will be provided.

-Database: Dynamic MySQL with auto lead id creation and system must save each lead's XML post response in the database for tracking and revenue purposes.

-Form: The form should be easy build and must be easy to design meaning if we want the fields to be side by side it should be easy to do so. Also it should have the following fields as default for every site but have the ability to disable the fields and add more fields as require.

--Default Fields: Zip Code, Email Address, Home Phone, Cell Phone, First Name, Last Name, Address and the following fields should auto fill by recognizing the zip code: City and State. Each form will also have a Consent which must be agreed to by checking the box before they hit submit and the text of that consent should be saved in a field for each lead and posted ahead with other lead information to the external database.

-HTTP/XML Post Feature: The back end of the form manager should have dynamic external posting feature and should have the ability to input field mapping and add hidden fields such as: Campaign ID, Source ID, Sub-ID and the following fields have to be auto filled Originating URL (Landing page where the lead was submitted), Consumer IP Address, and Time Stamp.

--Response Settings: The system should have response settings as well since once the system posts the lead out to the external site/database it will receive an XML response with Success or False. If success it will also receive a price and lead ID number which must be saved in the database for each lead. If false it will still save the response. The actual XML response string should also be saved as is in an additional field.
