Radio song request panel - User, DJ and Admin panel

Hi,
I have a small Internet radio station ( shoutcast )... and I have been looking for a clear and good request panel for users, also that for the DJ's have a easy time for managing requests... and the admins to manage the overall settings. I already have one, but I need to have something better and clearer.
Is there anybody who is able to make this or maybe to expand this... ? Shoutcast admin panel is not what I want... To much fuss and not an good way to intergrate the request website on a website. Need something betters for the users to have. If someone has a small demo of this, would be glad to see it.
Admin panel items:
Song request ( able to read and delete multiple at same time
Ban management
Able to show request on webpage, user and song name ( as much as we want... 5 or so.. )
On website: Icon, with Status radio, bitrate, online dj and song playing at that moment.
Some more... :).
Maybe the ability to send the requests to a irc server.. ( eggdrop available )

This is a Turkish radio.. The users can request a song... Dj's can read from a webpage. Need a better interface and more functions if possible :).
