I am looking into a PHP classifieds website for people to logon through registering with the site, facebook, twitter or google to post an advertisement to sell or buy their stuffs. An example of the site is like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] just mainly for people to do posting of ads, there is no online money transaction involvement on the site. I have all the layout, design and workflow done.
Therefore, I am looking for a expert programmer to program and build the PHP website by using my design, which consist around 15 pages with a customized back end for us to do settings and fit those functions in the front end
